【How to participate】
By purchasing 「Queen of Versailles -LAREINE- [First Press Limited Edition Blu-ray]」　(2021/7/14 RELEASE)
at NeoWing / CDJAPAN, you will receive an Event Ticket.
※Your Event Ticket will be shipped out together with your order.
※Orders for the Regular Edition DVD(SASDVD-46) are not eligible for the event.
※Only orders placed within Aug. 5th (Thu.) (Japanese Standard Time GMT +9) at NeoWing / CDJAPAN are eligible for the event.
※When placing your order, depending on the product you select, you can choose the event between Autograph & Photo Session or Video Message (SASBD-5A = Autograph & Photo Session / SASBD-5B = Video Message).
※The number of tickets for the Autograph & Photo Session is limited. We will stop taking orders for this event as soon as all the tickets are distributed to the purchasers.

【参加方法】
NeoWing / CDJAPANにて、7月14日(水)発売 「Queen of Versailles -LAREINE- [初回限定盤Blu-ray]」をご購入の方に、オンラインリリースイベント参加券をお渡しいたします。
※イベント参加券は商品と一緒にお送りします。
※通常盤DVD(SASDVD-046)は、本イベント対象外です。
※商品の配送の都合により、8月5日(木)までにNeoWing / CDJAPANにてご購入された方が対象となります。
※特典会（サイン会 & 撮影会）、またはビデオメッセージをご購入時にお選びいただきます。
※特典会（サイン会 & 撮影会）は、数に限りがございます。定員に達し次第、販売受付を終了させていただきます。

【About the Autograph & Photo Session】
This is a Zoom online event.
(1) KAMIJO will write your name, the date and his autograph on his iPad. You can talk with him while he is writing.
(2) KAMIJO will pose alone with the autograph he wrote for you, so you can take a screenshot on your device. Please tell him what pose would you like for your screenshot.
 
【How to attend the Autograph & Photo Session event】
You will need to register to the online shop where you are purchasing the eligible products and to CHATEAU AGENCY STORE (free membership), and to submit an entry form in order to attend to this event. Make sure to submit the form within the deadline below.
※To submit the entry form, you will need the ticket number and password written on the event ticket shipped to your address.
※The deadline for the entry is Sep. 5th (Sun.) at 23:59 (Japanese Standard Time GMT +9). Please make sure to submit your entry within this date.
※A Zoom URL will be sent to the e-mail address registered to CHATEAU AGENCY STORE within 3 days before the event.
(Please note that if you enter a wrong ticket number / password in the entry form, you will not receive the e-mail with the Zoom URL. Make sure to enter the correct information when submitting the form.) 
 
＜On the day of the event＞
※As you access to Zoom, please check your settings / network connection and edit your username as follows: [4 digit ticket number + name submitted in the entry form]
(1) On the day of the event, please click on the link we sent you by e-mail to access to the Zoom waiting room. 
(2) Attendees will be connected to the event one by one, following the order of their ticket numbers. The event staff will give you some instructions before to connect you to KAMIJO. 
(3) KAMIJO will write your name, the date and his autograph on his iPad. You can talk with him while he is writing. 
(4) KAMIJO will pose alone with the autograph he wrote for you, so you can take a screenshot on your device. Please tell him what pose would you like for your screenshot.
※You are not allowed to take screenshot and / or register the audio / video during the event except when KAMIJO is posing. 
(5) You will get disconnected from the event as soon as the signing / screenshot is done. There is not a specific time limit, so please follow the instruction given by the staff.
The staff has the right to terminate the event even when you are talking. We recommend you to decide beforehand what you want to talk about with KAMIJO.
 
※Attendees will be connected to the event one by one, following the order of their ticket number. Please note that depending on the number of attendees, waiting time may be quite long. Staff will communicate in the Zoom waiting room chat the current attendee number to allow you estimate your waiting time.
You can leave and enter the waiting room as many times as you wish, but please be aware that if you are not in the waiting room when is your turn, then your participation to the event will be cancelled. 
※The ticket number is random, it will not depend on when you have placed your order.
 
■Please set your Zoom and network before the event to start.
※This event is made on the Web Meeting Platform “Zoom”. If you want to attend the event, please make sure to check your internet connection.
※The Zoom URL to the event will be e-mailed you from CHATEAU AGENCY STORE within 3 days before the event.
※If you are planning to attend the event on your smartphone, please install the Zoom App beforehand.
※Attendees will be identified on the basis of the ticket number (as from your entry form) and the name registered to the CHATEAU AGENCY STORE.
On the day of the event, please make sure to edit your user name as follows:
Ex.) if your ticket number is “1234” and your name is “Shadow”, you will need to set your username as: 1234Shadow
※If your Zoom user name is not set correctly as of above, you will not be allowed to attend the event as the staff will be unable to identify you. 
※Please make sure to attend the event from a place that has a good internet connection. We are not responsible for any inconvenience due to your internet connection.

【特典会（サイン会 & 撮影会）内容】
Zoomを使用してのオンラインイベントです。
(1) KAMIJOがiPadで日付と宛名入りのサインを書かせていただきます。サインを書いている間はKAMIJOとのトークをお楽しみください。
(2) 書かせていただいたサインを持ってポージングするKAMIJO(一人)をお客様のデバイスで撮影(スクリーンショット)をしていただきます。可能な範囲でお好きなポーズをご指定ください。

【特典会（サイン会 & 撮影会）参加方法】
特典会はお買い上げのショップとは別にCHATEAU AGENCY STOREへの無料の会員登録、および該当イベントへの事前エントリーが必須となります。期間内にエントリーをお済ませください。
※事前エントリーにはイベント参加券に記載されている整理番号とパスワードが必要となります。
※エントリー期限までに必ずエントリーをお願いします。締め切り後のエントリーは無効となります。
※イベント3日前までにエントリー時にご登録いただきましたメールアドレスにZoomURLをお送りします。
（エントリー時の整理番号・パスワードを誤って入力された場合、ご招待メールは届きませんので、必ずエントリー時に整理番号・パスワードは注意してご入力ください）

＜イベントの流れ＞
※事前のご準備として、下記Zoomの接続確認、Zoomのお名前(表示名)の変更[四桁の整理番号＋エントリー時のお名前]をお願いします。
(1)開場時間になりましたら、それぞれお送りしました招待リンクからZoom待機室にてお待ちください。
(2)参加の順番は、整理番号順に管理者がお一人ずつ招待いたします。招待後、画面上にて注意事項等をお伝え次第、KAMIJO本人と接続いたします。
(3)KAMIJOがiPadで日付と宛名入りのサインを書かせていただきます。サインを書いている間はKAMIJOとのトークをお楽しみください。
(4)書かせていただいたサインを持ってポージングするKAMIJO(一人)をお客様のデバイスで撮影(スクリーンショット)をしていただきます。可能な範囲でお好きなポーズをご指定ください。
※ポージング中以外の撮影、また特典会中の録音・録画は禁止いたします。
(5)サインと撮影が終了次第ご退出いただきます。時間制ではございませんが、イベントを円滑に進めるためにスタッフの誘導に従っていただけますようお願いいたします。
お話の途中でも接続を切らせていただきますのでお話されたいことは事前にご準備頂くことをお薦めいたします。
 
※イベント参加券に記載されている整理番号順にご案内させていただきます。参加者多数の場合、長時間お待ちいただく場合がございます。Zoom内のチャットにて現在ご案内中の整理番号お知らせいたします。待機時間の目安としてお考えください。
待機中はZoom待機室から一時退場していただくことも可能ですが、ご案内のタイミングで待機室にいらっしゃらない場合はキャンセルとさせていただく場合がございます。
※整理番号はランダムで配布となります。
 
■Zoomへの接続環境のご準備をお願いします
※当イベントはWeb会議サービス“Zoom”を使用いたします。イベントにご参加されるお客様は、事前にネット接続の環境等をご確認ください。
※ご参加される方にイベントに参加出来るZoomURLをイベント3日前までにCHATEAU AGENCY STOREよりお送りいたします。
※スマートフォンで参加される方は予めアプリのダウンロードをお願いします
※サイン＆撮影会に参加されるお客様のご本人様確認は、参加券に記載の整理番号(エントリー時にも入力する必要があります)とCHATEAU AGENCY STOREに会員ご登録されたお名前で行わせていただきます。
イベント当日は必ずZoom表示名を下記のように設定してからご参加ください。
例：整理番が1234 + お名前：シャトゥーの場合は「1234シャトゥー」と変更してください。
※Zoom表示名の設定が出来ていない場合はご本人確認ができずイベントに参加できません。
※必ず電波環境の良い場所でのご参加をお願いいたします。お客様の接続環境による不具合での保証はいたしかねますのでご了承ください。

【How to get the Video Message】

Let us know a message you would like to hear said from KAMIJO to receive your personalized video message. A download link will be sent you by the CHATEAU AGENCY STORE at a later date.　The download link will be sent to the e-mail address registered to the CHATEAU AGENCY STORE.
Please enter the message you would like KAMIJO to say in your entry form. If the content of your message is considered to be inappropriate, you will get a standard video message.

【ビデオメッセージ参加方法】
